Denis Nash, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College and Adjunct Associate Professor of Epidemiology at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. He is also an investigator on the HIV Center's Statistics, Epidemiology, and Data Management (SED) Core.

 

Having formerly served as a CDC EIS Officer, as a director of routine HIV/AIDS Surveillance activities at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYCDOHMH), and as a PEPFAR implementing partner with ICAP, Dr. Nash has substantial experience applying epidemiology to public health practice. He also spent

six years as the Director of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Unit within the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, a major PEPFAR implementing partner.
